Realme Announces Expansion of its Product Line

Realme Product line expansion

Realme hasn’t been around for a long while, however, the company has already mananged to grow at a rapid pace in the highly competitive smartphone space. And the company does not seem to be slowing down. In open letter from Madhav Sheth, the CEO of Realme, he has announced the company’s plans to expand their product line.

The letter titled, “The journey from a disruptive brand to a tech trendsetter, we are ready to expand our horizon”, Madhav Sheth states:

Realme’s long-term vision is to bring a more trendy and smarter lifestyle for every Indian. To achieve this milestone, we are introducing our new product strategy – “1+4+N”.

The 1+4+N strategy from Realme basically translates into this. The number “1” stands for its core product which is smartphones. The number “4” stands for the four sub-categories which are Realme’s Smart TVs, Smart Earphones, Smart Watches and Smart Speakers. Lastly, the letter “N” stands for all the new AIOT products which will be coming soon from the company.

These AIOT products will include new electric toothbrushes, smart sweeping machines, car chargers, smart locks, and a lot more. In the letter, he also states that “along with our realme X3 series, we are launching our multi-function travel backpack – Realme Adventurer Backpack”.

Therefore, Realme fans can look forward to the launch of several new AIOT products from the company in the near future. Moreover, with the tensions between India and China rising, to keep Indian fans happy, Madhav Sheth also mentions:

We are in sync with the “Make in India” initiative and hence, we will soon start manufacturing some of our AIOT products in India.

This is good news for those looking to buy products made in India. And the company is also planning to expand its workforce in India to 10,000. While this might not be enough for some folks, it’s good to see Realme taking steps to manufacture most of its products in India itself.
